We have a strong focus on team training and sharing of responsibilities. This translates into being able to develop direct relationships with clients and to be counted on to manage the workflow for client files. As well as a greater exposure to different client types, team members understand and participate in more practice management processes such as lodgements, invoicing and office technology.
